VR, Oclus Rift, what a load of bollocks. Get the physics sorted, get some new content out, then we might pay attention.

Its now called LF, they can add the S when they release the Scirocco

So lost interest a long time ago, such a shame. Just my opinion

Still, was my first love (in simracing).
I'm still hopeful it will return to rude health.

I have purchased LFS with S2 License yesterday night and almost finished training. LFS is a sim I have never payed enough attention to in the past. If I'm not wrong, it was released more or less at the same time as rFactor 1. I was in a team on rFactor 1 but I wasn"t very focused due to health.

Anyway, I'm so happy to have played it with the HTC Vive. I have still some minor bugs but definitely it will be more correct in a while. It's awesome to be able to predict the end of curves by turning the head :D

I think I'll definitely stick to LFS until Kunos Simulazioni, hopefully, will release a stable version for VR. But that's I guess in a long time. I will see if I will be able to show you videos in streaming, unless it causes more trouble with the HTC Vive. Or else, I will just show you replays. Maybe showing only replays is wiser.

rFactor was in 2005
but LFS is a bit older (some of us at T7R started with the very early demo or proof of concept  (Version 0.0Q or something like that) in 2002
LFS S1 (Stage1) was released in 2003
LFS S2 (Stage2) was released in 2005
LFS S3 (Stage3) was released in 2015 (but it's not a full and final S3 version, it's more that you pay and hope for more content to come,
but some of us have already waited for 10 years (2005 to 2015) to get more cars and especially tracks etc.
So the time is one reason why we at T7R changed and mainly race in AC today)

Nevertheless it's still a great simulator it just lacks content imo.

It's not so much a problem that it hasn't got many contents but the big plus is it's good support of VR.
I recommend all of you to try racing with it, it's a huge experience. They are expensive, true. You would see all the scene with more blur and a "grid effect" but still, the feeling of being a racer is real ;)

After some of us have played the same cars and tracks there for over 10 years, well it is a problem ;)
But it's all new and fresh for you and good that you have fun with it and that it works with your VR system etc.
