track not loading

posting for a friend, he has windows 10 and when loading brands hutch it does not load and goes back to home page,
i have reinstalled it but still the same, any help ?

It won't be the track, it will be the car of choice. There will be something wrong with the mod he is trying to use. Has he tried Kunos cars with this track.

I have this problem regularly due to graphic settings. Usually when I forgot to change number of screens or resolutions, but there's no information on what caused the problem.

This usually happens after an update. Seems the game resets to some pre-determined setting and if it doesn`t match your native resolution, the game crashes back to the menu.

It`s likely to be the car used then, if it`s Kunos Brands you are using?

Unless it happens on multiple cars that are Kunos content?
