Your CPU should handle it quite well, there is worse out there that are running AC. You could do with some more memory....Hint Hint ;) If you would email me your address, I might be able to send you some. DDR2, what speed :)

Really?! That would be very kind of you, you have left overs?
I've got 4 slots filled with 1GB each, DDR2 800MHz
My motherboard can take up to 8GB, which I expect is max 2GB per slot.

Have tried to play seriously Elite: Dangerous. It's very serious. It doesn't need the greatest PC, I was playing it on an HP Pavilion 500 series desktop, something like that. You just need a whole lotta preparation and dedication to this game, or should I say space simulator. I just didn't manage to finish the first career mission.

In a past video where Frontier founder talks about his future projects for ED, he says there are going to be a lot of improvements and new gameplays, such as exploring by foot in first person view all your ship, the stations you dock in... Then there could be another DLC where you can visit the cities and get whatever missions you'd like to, like in an RPG. And all of these cities and stations different one from another... :ugeek: That's an enormous job they're going to have if they will stick to these projects.

If I try hard with ED, it's going to distract me from AC...
