just fresh installed it think I only changed the fov:

from my documents folder:
[MODE]
IS_WORLD_ALIGNED=0
FOV=56

[GFORCES]
MIX=-0.00280,-0.00280,-0.00350
LAG=0.8

[SHAKE]
SCALE=0.00140,0.00028,0.00021
FREQ=150,150,100
RANDOM=0.5

[ROTATION]
HEAD_MAX_DEGREES=60
SPEED=20

there is also a camera_onboard.ini in the steam folder:
[MODE]
IS_WORLD_ALIGNED=0
FOV=56

[GFORCES]
MIX=-0.002,-0.0020,-0.0025
LAG=0.8

[SHAKE]
SCALE=0.001, 0.0002, 0.00015
FREQ=150,150,100
RANDOM=0.5

[ROTATION]
HEAD_MAX_DEGREES=60
SPEED=20

Do you have any software running like facetracknoir, trackir, freepie, free track, RealHeadMotion or any head tracking device?
As AC detects it (running or not) and then the glance left/right makes sometimes problems.
I think I read somewhere that someone fixed his problems with changing the galnce speed in video controls.

Ahh! I'd been changing the cfg in the Steam folder, but not the one under User Documents.
Anyway, look left & right is fixed tonight. Cheers for the help
My next problem is seeing the apex of Donningtons last corner, hidden behind the A pillar

Same problem here for now (2 extra monitors coming in this week, for my first ever triple monitor racing experience :)). Currently using the white line on the right (in front when breaking) as an indicator, but it's really hit or miss :)

Triples really do help when it comes to seeing the track.

Without them, you have to run silly FOV in a single monitor to get anything like realistic, and then it`s just lost in the fact you can only see a tiny part of the car.

This is mine, nothing changed from default (apart from FOV, of course):

[MODE]
IS_WORLD_ALIGNED=0
FOV=50.5601

[GFORCES]
MIX=-0.00280,-0.00280,-0.00350
LAG=0.8

[SHAKE]
SCALE=0.00140,0.00028,0.00021
FREQ=150,150,100
RANDOM=0.5

[ROTATION]
HEAD_MAX_DEGREES=60
SPEED=20
aka Neil Rocks, in case you were confused. Don't tell anyone, though, all right?

I've successfully got my look left/right set at 80º.
I think I need a single button command to swap between cockpit view and bonnet cam for that last corner :p
