Hi Ho, today I want to surprise you with a nice piece of work from an LFS driver called filur. It's an LFS-Movie yes and it's about the Danish Racing Cup held in March and April this year. And I have to say: WooHoo! Dude I really like this kind of movies: Nice shots, fresh ideas, well structured and .... come on you'll have to watch it yourself. I liked the movie so much that I thought it's a good idea to take a closer look on the movie director himself. So here is a bit more about him ... Download and vote for this movie if you like it: Hi filur, DRC 2006 Movie (All in high quality / ~268 MB of size) first of all nice to have you here and I must say congratulations to you. What a great professional looking movie. It's been a long time since I saw such surprising effects and camera shots in an LFS movie. Hello, thanks. :-) Tell us some more about yourself filur. Where you from/ how old/ etc.? I'm Michael Forsberg, age 22 from Stockholm/Sweden. Why did you made a movie about the complete Danish Racing Cup? I started just messing around, then I figured I might as well make a proper movie, it was my first organized LFS event and it would be nice to have something to remember it by. Since the first bit I made was the first sprint race, it just became the format to include each round as I did. Have you made any other movies so far? I've made a few "clips" before, some shorter stuff to learn my way round my editing software, nothing I'd put in the movies pit really. Where did you get the ideas from when you made that movie, especially the nice ending sequence? I wanted it to be a proper movie, not just random clips and music (ok it's basically random clips and music), so I made the intro/outro wanting it to feel more like a movie. I also wanted to properly include everyone, so I did :-) What did you liked most on that Danish Racing Cup? I liked the atmosphere, didn't really know anyone since I'm pretty new in S2, and I'd never been in any league or cup before. The cup seemed pretty unintimidating and friendly with a solid set of common sense rules. Will you take part in the next Cup? I'll sign up for sure, probably wearing my flashy new team tag together with mr. FEL :-) Ok thx for letting us know a bit more about you and your motivation of making this movie. I'll hope we will see some more of this good stuff when the next Danish Racing Cup is over. Will we? Hopefully I'll have a few million billion more megs of RAM for the next project of this scale, but I enjoyed putting this one together so why not. :-) Ok we'll wait eagerly on the next one. Cya on the tracks. (0) Comments |
