You might know already, but there is a new worm doing the rounds.  It comes in an attachment on your emails.  I have been hit ( although Plus net stopped it for me ) 8 times in 2 days.

i always click on all attachments i get, anti virus programs only kill the performance (especially the ones with mail scanner) and never had a virus... 

best for virus + spyware on a pc from a neighbour is 41 (popups popping up everywhere, linking to "special" sites and he complained only about a programm which refused to work...).

with a good anti virus programm (some are even good and free) and brain 1.0 you should be safe..
