I found that in an article at http://www.racing-challenge.org/.

I you have a Momo-wheel, there is a tool, so u can assign LFS-events to make your LED's enlighten.
For example make it lights up, if your fuel is low, or your speed is to fast or whatever.

I cant test it, but i would be interested to hear about results, if anyone of you want to try it.

You can find the mod here.

I use this its a really good Mod Smiley it took me a little time to set it up but the thread at LFS forums (unnof addons) helped alot.

I am now thinking of replacing standard green LEDs with brighter coloured ones maybe blue for left red for right. Cheesy

I use it to (though I forget to load it most of the time  huh )

The question is what settings do you use.  Have you changed the default. What extra cars have you setup to do what?

For most of mine I have a shift light, a low fuel flashing light, and a pitlane limiter.  I don't really bother with the others, although I do use the rpm -> shift lights for the Sauber (not that I drive it much at the moment).

This is a fantastic app!
My LED's were too bright before and I had 2 layers of tape over them to stop them burning my retinas off. But now they have a use.
I use left LED for shift, and flashing for pit-limiter. Right LED for low fuel.
On some cars like the RAC, it's hard to see shift light, this helps tremendously
