Hi again Joey, you will be glad to know I have picked up the wheel this afternoon, The cable connections are as follows:

They use a DB9 connector with the 2 outer pins (1 & 5)  removed, so the pins left are 2,3,4 and 6,7,8,9

Red connects to pins 4 & 9
Green connects to pins 3 & 8
White connects to pins 2 & 7
Black connects to pin 6

If you have a shield wire connect it to the metal outer part. this one didnt have any shield.

Its probably clearer in the picture attached.

EDIT I forgot to say, as per the pic, the plug is viewed from the FRONT.
