NEW Test Patches (NOW 0.6A4)

Took a while to get another official patch but here it is:

Test Patch Z30 (old content / old physics / many updates)

Interesting stuff.
Open configs: it could be argued that's it's only a few, new corners at existing venues, but I expect it will bring greater value depending on the interesting layouts created by the community.
If only I had more time to test

Yeah I also hope for the next big patch to arrive anytime soon but I don't think so.

I tried it and it was good fun to race the Aston in a different config unfortunately it was like always
only 1 racing server that used the open configs and the rest was cruising servers:-(

Maybe X-Mas would be a good time for the next LFS version but I'm not sure about it.
First comes the summer - holidays - the kids - physics problems - lots of other things that can happen to the devs.
But if it doesn't come up this year then I really have my doubt that I will ever get the real LFS mood back.
But I still got hope Wink

As expected now official version 0.6B is out see main site for download

I think Xmas would be a great time to release the new tyre physics and extras patch however I think it may take longer and some supprises with extra tracks and cars, and they will no doubt call it S3 and ask for another £12

Hope to see some of you on the tarmac some time soon
