First Event is over...

Qual:
Went surprisingly good. I was able to finish 3rd on a +30 drivers grid (I think) and a really packed short track like Fern Bay Green, which I think I'll never even begin to like with it's ramps called chicanes and curbs.

Race 1:
My tatics for the first race was simple: Stay out of every trouble and finish the race. With that in mind I was not pushing 100% because I quickly noticed in the first laps that I couldn't catch the 2 in front, but was also faster then the pack behind me.

Race 2:
As top 8 finishers started reversed (WTCC like) I started on 5th place. I wanted to use the same tactic as for the first race, but that when epic wrong. I managed to half spin the car on front of me on T2 resulting in the cars behind me to push me around and to the side with some damage. After that I was nearly in the back of the field and trying to stay concentrated and finish the race. Due the damage the car had I made a slight contact with one of the walls on the brigde, resulting in a catapult jump and a broken suspension forcing me into a pitstop. So I finished lapped pretty much in the end of the finish order.
