Hey there,
easiest way to upload is this:

 - When replying/creating a new topic, click on "additional options" below the typing box
 - Click on browse and find the location of the file you want
 - chose that file, click ok and then post!

Voila, your replay should be included in your reply automatically Smiley

If there's restrictions on the type of file to be uploaded, zip it up first
