Modified pitline rules for the pit entry in Round 5 !!
The white line counts at the pit entry.
More about it in the rules thread  Wink

My car appears to have marsh-mallows instead of tyres... plenty sticky but toasted!
What do I do after the first lap?!

Use more pressure especially on the left front,
don't slide or drift with the car around corners,
let it "roll around" some of the turns.

You really have to keep an eye on the top speed in the corners.
If you are to fast, you start to drift and the tires gets to hot.
But they will come back after a while if you haven't killed them completely.

I noticed that I'm getting faster round the tracks since I reduced the speed in some corners.
Less drift - cooler tires - more grip = better times  lol

I also had a nice lesson yesterday from ATC Dadge. icon_thumleft
He showed me that a good line through some of the turns
really makes the difference.

Use R3 tyres in the race, but only on the front tyres.
I can do 27 laps on R3

Or you can use R 2's the whole race..... but you'd have to go real real slow the whole race... and keep me company.   hippy2

Just to let you know I am going to Ireland tomorrow and can't race on sunday, and I will possibly miss the last race too.
I have had some great races in TDC, thanks.
And have a good race.  Wink

i think race pace will be around the 1:48.7x mark. i tried r4 fronts just to make sure they didn't work and i can confirm that they are crap. looks like r3 fronts all the way. i also did a (slow) outlap and 1 hotlap on r2 fronts and i didn't improve on my pb which i set with r3 fronts. i still can't get 3 perfect sectors. if i did i know i would get another 0.20 off my pb. grrrrrrrr
qually should be good fun and the race will be interesting. as long as we keep it on the black stuff we should be fine.
