My car appears to have marsh-mallows instead of tyres... plenty sticky but toasted!
What do I do after the first lap?!
Use more pressure especially on the left front,
don't slide or drift with the car around corners,
let it "roll around" some of the turns.
You really have to keep an eye on the top speed in the corners.
If you are to fast, you start to drift and the tires gets to hot.
But they will come back after a while if you haven't killed them completely.
I noticed that I'm getting faster round the tracks since I reduced the speed in some corners.
Less drift - cooler tires - more grip = better times

I also had a nice lesson yesterday from ATC Dadge.

He showed me that a good line through some of the turns
really makes the difference.
