T7R|Exodus +10 sec.
- Chatting during the race: +10 seconds (for every line you wrote)

Usuallly I would say: "No, go and check the replay yourself."
That's the easiest way. But as there are only 2 penalties I did make you a screenie

A lot of others drove also really close at this point of the track and some touched the line
but no one, except you, crossed the line with the complete tire.

EDIT:
I watched it many times and thought about it. As a penalty is always hard.
Was it close? Yes it was
but I always gave in all the other rounds a penalty when someone crossed the line completly with at least one tire. So there was nothing I could do.
