The first and a great first season, running of the LFS South African Racing League has come to an end. The “Winter League” was full of challenging combo’s testing all driver’s capabilities and levels of concentration with mixes of short sprint races and endurance events.
Pieter Kitshoff (T7R|Noemfie) and Charles McKowen (T7R|Exodus) of Triple Seven Racing took part in the league and finished 2nd and 1st respectively after the 9 events.

31st July 2004 Triple 7 Racing was formed. Since then our car liveries
have progressed with Gopher04 taking the helm. We have changed colours
and also removed the "non" sponsorship logos.
Our latest Liveries won us the "Best looking Team" award, but 2 years
now in the running, we have decided to make some changes not only to
the liveries, but to our complete online presence.
Please come and take a look at our new fantastic Website:

ESL ERRC is over
T7R|Sparkydave, defending champion of the previous season, finished a very creditable 3rd place in the ESL ERRC. This time everybody was in the FXO car, using standard road tyres. Racing was always close and at the beginnging of the season, Dave was taking the league by storm, with pole positions, fastest laps and race wins but he unfortunatly missed two events and I think that's where he really lost his titel.
For finishing in 3rd place, Sparkydave gets a nother prize haul from the ESL ( getting a collection now Dave ).
Our congrats to Dave and also Congrats to Simon "No_One " Murphy for winning the championship and Jack "Clownpaint" Basford for finishing in 2nd place.

What should I say. Triple7Racing got a new Driver. Some of you know him for his special "Momo hacksaw action" when he visited the 1st T7R birthday party in 2005 in the UK. But I think most of you know him as the first guy with 3500 posts in the official LFS Forum. He has driven a long time for the vMax Team and was there Division Co-Ordinator but now we got him to sign for T7R. He is also very involved in organizing the next UK LFS Karting Event Ladies and Gentlemen would you please welcome with me the new Triple7Racing driver Mr. Tristan Cliffe. (0) Comments |
