Assetto Corsa RC 1 released

Release Candidate 1.0.0 of Assetto Corsa was released today

The first Release Candidate of Assetto Corsa was released today by Kunos Simulazioni.

The 1.0.0 RC version comes with plenty of new stuff and content. Some new Tracks like Spa Francorchamps and some more cars (Lotus, Ferrari, Mercedes) and finally with a working career mode. Game Review: Assetto Corsa

Game review: Assetto Corsa

Welcome to the game review #02.

Fordman gives Assetto Corsa a go
Well I had to wait, as my PC, was in dire need of an upgrade to even be able to test AC. New motherboard, more memory, new graphics card and PSU was required, so had to wait, but was the wait worth it, OMG yes it was.

Assetto Corsa only via Steam
AC is only available through Steam, so you will need a Steam account to be able to obtain the Early Edition. Future editions, I don’t really know, but cannot see them removing this, as you will read below. I already had a Steam account, so it was straight on to the Download. With Steam, it’s quick and easy to be honest, it downloads in the background while you get on with other stuff.
